Oregon Health Plan

The Oregon Health Plan, Oregon's state Medicaid program, was established by an 1115 waiver in 1994 to provide managed care to the state's Medicaid beneficiaries. The program currently provides supportive housing to eligible individuals, including pre-tenancy housing transition supports, tenancy-sustaining services and integrated housing and health services. Oregon's waiver was renewed in 2017.
