This State Does Not Yet Have a Consumer Healthcare Experience State Survey!

The Consumer Healthcare Experience State Survey (CHESS) is designed to elicit respondents’ unbiased views on a wide range of health system issues, including confidence using the health system, financial burden and views on fixes that might be needed. 

Every year the Healthcare Value Hub selects states in which to conduct a CHES Survey. Check back in the future to see if your state has a survey, and reach out to the Hub at hubinfo@altarum.org with questions.
