Delaware Governor Passes a Series of Health Care Affordability Laws

In a news story from the Office of the Governor, Delaware Governor Matt Meyer passed several bills aimed at improving health care for vulnerable populations. House Bill 3 creates a breastfeeding and lactation program for women in custody allowing them to collect and send breast milk to their children. Additionally, House Bill 53 with House Amendment 1 allows for the special fund administered by the Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to provide residents with assistive devices to help with communication, expanding access to such resources.
