Indiana Establishes Price Transparency Requirements

Indiana has passed legislation establishing price transparency requirements and preventing hospitals from charging inflated facility fees, according to Indiana Chamber. Under HB 1003, hospitals, labs and imaging centers are also required to offer good-faith price estimates and publicly post pricing for common procedures.
