Housing Plus Services |
Multistate |
Housing Plus models aim to allow low-income seniors to age in their communities by providing those living in subsidized community housing with health-related services and supports. Housing Plus models vary, but services can include personal care, housekeeping, meals, transportation and health and wellness activities. Services are targeted to independent, unlicensed, primarily subsidized, multi-unit housing where large numbers of low and modest-income older adults live in close proximity. |
